Dream - being late for the medical check-up before high school graduation

I dreamed there was going to be a high school graduation, but first we had to pass a health check. I, out of my current habit, got up at 11 o'clock, ate, and by the time I got my act together, it was already two in the afternoon. And the graduation was at four, they asked us to arrive an hour early, because we still needed time for the check-up!
I got on the new number 4 tram (I have no idea where it comes from or where it goes). Upon arrival, they immediately started giving me grief. Like, everyone's already on the bus, and I'm the only one running late. I went into the building where they do the health checks, and they asked for my ID card. I hand it to them - turns out it's not mine. Somehow I accidentally grabbed someone else's, under the name of John. Luckily, mine was right there.

For some reason, they asked if I have epilepsy. I answered that I only have fibromyalgia. The nurse took my ID card, started doing some paperwork, and told me not to go inside, but to wait outside. I waited until I got sick of it. I try to go in, but at the entrance (not by the door, but at the entrance itself) the interface switched to Chinese, and a menu is floating in the air. I couldn't switch it back to English no matter what, so I never got in. Around this time, I noticed Max D. run inside. He was a bit sweaty, since he was even later than me. After some time he ran out in triumph, thrilled that he got everything sorted and could go to the bus. In reality, Max isn't my classmate, but a coursemate from RTU.

And I just stayed there twiddling my thumbs.
